• KAYOD Technologies offers last-mile delivery services using semi-autonomous robots operated remotely.
• Users can place delivery orders for items such as food, packages, or documents via the mobile application.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• You agree to use the service only in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Account and Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• If you detect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
• KAYOD Technologies may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms.

4. Payments and Fees

• All orders must be prepaid via our secure third-party payment processor.
• Fees and rates will be clearly displayed prior to confirming any order.

5. Delivery Limitations

• We aim to deliver promptly, but cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen factors.
• We reserve the right to cancel deliveries if unsafe or inaccessible conditions are identified.

6. Communication

• You may receive SMS or push notifications related to your delivery.
• You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

7. Partner and Merchant Relations

We may share limited information with affiliated merchants or partners necessary for delivery execution.

8. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property including logos, software, and designs belong exclusively to KAYOD Technologies.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. User Conduct

• You agree not to tamper with the robots or the application.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the service for unlawful use.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, capped at 100 EUR per incident.

11. Service Modifications

We may update, suspend, or discontinue certain app features with or without notice.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by French law.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Paris, France.
